Job Summary:

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by managing an effective team, with the goal of providing quality services and contributing to initiatives related to employee training and development and community relations. Broad areas of responsibility include:

Leading implementation, design, adoption, and ongoing management of agency-wide Learning Management System- Cornerstone. Develop and overseeing reporting requirements and system usage.

Leading community relations, including representing the agency at community meetings and building PATH relationships with community partners and managing the Community Hub Navigator, ensuring optimal connection for individuals between [email protected] and community partners

Developing training and information sessions for [email protected] community partners and PATH staff to ensure cross-training and appropriate referrals

Managing the Training department in the creation and delivery of staff training that meets program and agency requirements, including ensuring effective daily operations of Training Department. Manage and oversee Training Department preparation and participation for Licensing Visits, act as Training Department representative at all licensing visits. Ensure all training requirements are met and oversee compliance.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Education, Training, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Organizational Development, or other related field.

Experience in training techniques for adult learners, curriculum design, tracking/monitoring of, and provision of staff training, including diversity/equity/inclusion. Experience launching and/or maintaining a learning management system. Experience in and understanding of community relations building. Strong customer service and communication skills. Minimum 5-7 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility. Experience managing a team required.

Excellent computer skills; proficiency with MS Office Products; experience managing a Learning Management System required, including report building; experience building a Learning Management System strongly preferred. Excellent presentation and writing skills required.
