In this vital role you will work closely with the US VP of Oncology Sales and Marketing on setting and ensuring effective implementation of the strategy for the Oncology portfolio. Critical elements of the role will be ensuring strong cross-functional partnership across all key partners and driving a collaborative culture of continuous learning.
Strategy - Develop deep understanding of the Oncology portfolio to identify key opportunities and risks at the brand and portfolio level and support communication of key elements to appropriate partners
- Collaborate with VP Oncology Sales and Marketing in business unit strategy development and drive execution through cross-functional partnerships
- Collaborate extensively with the SPO for Hematology to ensure tight alignment
- Liaise with key stakeholders on business development opportunities
- Engage with Global marketing team to ensure best One-Team approach when appropriate
Financial performance - Work closely with OBU Finance and Brand Leads on revenue planning
- Support effective communication of financial results within the organization
- Lead management of business unit OPEX, including advising on budget allocation tradeoffs within the Oncology portfolio
Team and culture - Support Oncology Leadership Team including meeting content and cadence to ensure progress against goals, improve team skill set, share key findings, and to maintain awareness of the external environment
- Partner with VP Oncology Sales and Marketing to facilitate engagement initiatives to champion culture and purpose across the business (including broad engagement throughout sales and marketing teams)
- Recognize opportunities and define and implement solutions that improve the efficiency of the Oncology sales and marketing team
- Liaise with US Healthcare Compliance on business unit activity and track progress

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 4 years of sales management and/or marketing experience
OrMaster's degree and 7 years of sales management and/or marketing experience
OrBachelor's degree and 9 years of sales management and/or marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications: - 7+ years of successful sales and marketing experience executing
- Strategic planning and analytical experience
- Outstanding project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional partnerships, execution, and results
- Strong business analysis skill and financial acuity
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Examples of exemplary team leadership and achieving goals through others
- Strong communication and matrix leadership skills including key partnership with Finance, US Value & Access, Commercial Data and Analytics, Global Marketing, Medical and external partners
- Understanding of the US payer environment including the ability to factor government and commercial payer insights into strategic and operational brand plans
