Overview

Youre an expert in driving consultant experiences and programs; specifically supporting consultant growth through loyalty, social content, and CRM platforms. You understand the social selling business model and what it takes to grow communities leveraging data and technology.



Responsibilities

  • Expert in Social Selling CRM for the direct selling (MLM) industry, spanning the full business builder journey: prospecting, downline management, team reporting & data visualizations, commerce integrations, content management, social analytics
  • Build innovative loyalty programs for both consultants and consumers
  • Deliver mobile-first experiences and tools to empower consultants to achieve their goals and scale personalized, 1:1 interactions
  • Champion design thinking for all experience designs
  • Deep understanding of our consultants, and can partner with Customer Insights to conduct research & testing
  • Strong pulse on market innovations for CRM, Loyalty, and business builder tools in the direct selling and adjacent industries
  • Know-how on monetization and pricing strategies
  • Operate in agile environment with cross-functional partners and continuous improvements
  • Build and mentor a high-functioning Relationship Management team

  • Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience, with MLM experience a requirement
    • Expert in CRM, Loyalty, Social Selling, Subscription, with CRM and Loyalty experience as mandatory
    • Deep familiarity with leading CRM, loyalty, social, and CMS platforms, such as Salesforce and Sprinklr
    • Analytically driven, both in data-driven decision-making, but also in architecting new experience flows
