A Contract Manager is an employee assigned to oversee the overall janitorial services operation at the facility. The Contract Manager is responsible for the supervision and training of all custodial staff hired to service the facility.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of an account to include, but not limited by, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing a high-quality level of service, training employees, maintaining profit margin, adhering to company policies and procedures, and insuring a safe working environment.
