Overview

Assists with the company's efforts in implementing and maintaining the Procure to Pay (P2P) system for contract management and procurement. This position supports the procurement process from implementation of a contract or purchase order through invoice processing. A basic IT background with knowledge of procurement and AP processing is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Act as system administrator and primary business support person for the P2P system
  • Maintain user roles and permissions
  • Configure and maintain upstream and downstream business rules
  • Perform certain import and export of file loads
  • Perform ad hoc re-routing of approvals for contracts, requisitions, and IR's
  • Generate reports for end users and for SOX reporting
  • Perform monthly SOX reports and semi-annual user certifications
  • Maintain custom catalogs and assist with enabling punch-out vendors
  • Train end users
  • Provide first tier support for end user troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting problems with the Atlas HelpDesk and P2P Technical Support
  • Supports contract workspace creation, contract terms, requisition processing, purchase order issuance, goods receipts, invoice reconciliation and reporting
  • Assist with supplier enablement
  • Ensure that company policies are properly applied to contract execution and purchase transactions
  • Create and manage information related to users, vendors, catalogs, items, pricing, and contracts
  • Manage assigned spend categories as needed


Qualifications

  • 4-Year Degree - MBA, CPM/CPSM helpful
  • Experience with major P2P product applications preferred: Procurement and Contract Management
  • Strong analytical skills is a must as well as a superior understanding of MS Excel
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Purchasing, Accounting, System Admin role or similar environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in interdepartmental team settings
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate time sensitive duties
