Account Coordinator

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day administrative activities for the SDI team including support for the team in its planning, organizing, and executing incentive programs and/or events

  • Provide program administrative support to the SDI account managers, including but not limited to attendee registration, mailings, site searches and basic program support
  • Perform team administrative duties, including but not limited to ordering supplies, managing calendars and coordinating supplier and team meetings
  • Support leadership activities as needed to manage the team and key client relationships and to facilitate business development and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate travel, meeting and event arrangements for VIP clients
  • Facilitate communication among the SDI team, clients and attendees to meet the needs of client organizations
  • Answer incoming calls and route to the proper person, providing quick and accurate support for our clients and partners
  • Other administrative and program support activities, as directed by your supervisor

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of responsibility, initiative and professionalism
  • You have demonstrated customer service skills (phone skills, in person, email)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution, ideally with a degree in Hospitality or Event Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with basic business applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Aventri and/or Cvent is a plus
  • Database management experience is a plus
