This is a temporary full-time (40 hrs/wk) position and includes our full benefits package: 100% employer-paid health benefits for employees, paid time off, paid holidays, 403B retirement, profit sharing, and more. This position has a projected end date 12 months from date of hire.
As a full-cycle recruiter you're an important part of the HR team, helping us attract and hire the best people to work in our clinics and program sites. You'll manage requisitions through an applicant tracking system, source and pre-screen candidates and work with internal clients to identify top candidates, conduct internal equity analyses and develop offers, and initiate and monitor the background check process. If you have great communication skills, are capable of developing strong and positive working relationships, and love working in a fast-paced environment this may be the opportunity for you.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources.
• Two or more years of experience working in job placement, marketing/sales, and/or in a health care environment. Experience working with high-level professionals preferred.
• Current driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
• Friendly and approachable, able to form positive professional relationships with co-workers and internal clients.
• Effective verbal/written communication and interpersonal problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential material.
• Ability to demonstrate effective organizational skills and priority-setting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with attention to detail and the ability to audit one's own work.
• Skills include data-entry; working knowledge of software including word processing, spreadsheet functions, data bases, and electronic mail. Knowledge of basic human resources functions, applications, and legal environment are helpful.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel within the corporate service area.
• Heavy use of telephones.
• Physical requirements for this position include: hearing, speaking, talking, and grasping.
• This position requires sitting for long periods of time and walking and/or standing is only required occasionally.
• This position requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force and/or 10 pounds frequently in order to move objects.
