Vice President of Maintenance ($100K-$115K)
Planning, administering, and implementing a comprehensive program of corrective and preventative maintenance for all 3,000 units at the WHA’s 24 state and federally-aided properties, the VP oversees a multi-level supervisory team that manages a unionized staff of approximately 60 maintenance technicians, trades, and administrative support employees. The VP reviews and analyzes department data, financials, productivity, performance, and other operational metrics, keeping within a multi-million dollar annual maintenance budget.
Vice President of Real Estate Development ($100K-$115K)
Driving all matters related to housing and community development programs and initiatives for the WHA and its affiliates, the VP plans and develops new affordable housing opportunities and the revitalization of existing public housing developments. Working closely with federal, state, and city officials, WHA staff, and other stakeholders, the VP of RE Developments creates a housing strategy that ensures future and equitable housing development that preserves and retains our community’s diverse populations.
