Financial Analyst
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time financial analyst to perform general accounting functions and assist with accounting compliance procedures for fixed assets inventory, the annual college audit and auditing of college departments that handle cash and credit card transactions.
Duties include supporting the assistant director of finance with general accounting duties such as invoicing, posting journal entries and budget transfers, reconciling accounts, preparing various management and ad hoc budget reports, assisting with fixed asset inventories, coordinating the annual physical inventory audit and monitoring capital and auxiliary funds.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree; three years of related experience; and experience with complex computerized accounting/budgeting software applications and Microsoft Excel. This position offers excellent fringe benefits and a competitive salary based on experience.
