Administrative Associate III, Health Professions
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time administrative associate to provide office support for the dean of health professions, organize accreditation site visits, coordinate the workflow between the health professions department heads and the dean, and prepare faculty contracts for healthcare programs.
Duties include providing clerical support for the dean of health professions; reconciling and monitoring the department and divisional budget; monitoring department faculty load reports for accuracy; inputting credit class schedules; compiling data and assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals and studies; and providing backup support and training for all administrative associates in the health professions division.
Requirements include an associate degree in a relevant field; four years of office experience (a bachelor’s degree can be substituted for the experience); and excellent computer, organizational, human relations, and verbal and written communications skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with professional work experience in a healthcare setting and in an academic work environment.
