Administrative Associate I, Continuing Education and Workforce Development
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time administrative associate to serve as the first point of contact for the continuing education and workforce development division and Fulton Owen Hall.
Duties include processing non-credit registrations, receiving payments and providing receipts, opening and closing the front desk, performing cashier duties, initiating refunds and processing incoming revenue, providing customer service in-person and over the phone, processing staff timesheets and performing general clerical work. This position may be required to periodically work overtime during peak registration periods.
Requirements include a high school diploma or the equivalent; two years of office experience; and excellent computer, MS Office, organizational and human relations skills. Preference will be given to applicants with an associate degree in office technology, secretarial science or relevant field.
