Job Purpose:
Inside Sales Representatives is the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. In many ways the face of the company, sales representatives may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

You Have:
- Customer Service experience
- Sales experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Fluid Power experience a plus, but not necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office 365)
- Familiar with common office equipment (Printers, Copier, etc.)
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
- Detail-orientated and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your Powers:
- Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers
- Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
- Provides information, quotes, and other bid specifications to clients
- Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Performs other duties as assigned
