Digital Marketing Specialist (Boston, MA)

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will build and execute multi-channel campaigns that support brand and product goals for our Higher Education division. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you also will work cross-functionally to support lead generation strategies, track campaign progress and interpret data in order to help assess ROI.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Pro-actively collaborate with product marketing and sales team members to plan, prioritize, develop and execute digital campaign strategies for print and digital products
- Utilize marketing automation knowledge to integrate systems, tools and ensure accurate product information
- Provide key insights to drive digital strategy and optimize playbook, reports, and dashboards
- Update online channels and digital assets on websites, landing pages, social media platforms, blogs, videos/video channels, web store, etc.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data reports and dashboards
- Partner with internal stakeholders on database management strategies
- Establish and maintain best practices for campaign and lead generation and scalable processes
YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum required
- 2+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation or similar role required
- Experience using Marketo to manage and launch marketing campaigns required
- Project/Campaign management experience required
- Communication, writing/copywriting skills required
IDEAL IF YOU HAVE or ARE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar
- CRM system experience (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar)
- Experience in education, language learning, ed-tech, e-learning or similar industry
- A familiarity with VHL products
- Are able to speak more than one language
- Interest in occasional travel (less than 10%) to sales meetings, conferences, and customer meetings
LOCATION
Hybrid Remote/In-Office: This role is requires a hybrid of remote and in-office work time at our Boston, MA location. Candidates must be willing to meet this requirement in order to be considered.
