To provide leadership and operational management for Customer Service and Promotional Products of UNL Print & Copy Services. Continually monitor UNL departments' communication needs and position Printing & Copy Services to assist and support their educational objectives through quality printed pieces. Counsel and advise clients and employees regarding design, printing technologies, postal needs, cost, substrate choices, inks, recycling and scheduling. Responsible for supervising the customer service and promotional product employees. Responsibilities include providing the proper work environment, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and providing professional development opportunities for assigned employees. Establishing standard practices for estimating and scheduling that will keep Print Services competitive in the print marketplace. Delegate responsibilities to staff as necessary.
