Contracted Dining Operations & Sustainability Senior Associate

University Auxiliary Services at Albany, Inc. (UAS) is looking for an organized and committed professional with at least 2 years of experience related to food production, customer service, quality assurance, and kitchen equipment including inventory and asset management, preferably in a higher education environment and an interest in sustainability. Candidates must also have at least an Associate’s degree (lesser education level with other appropriate experience will be considered) and be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include early morning, evening, weekend and minor holiday shifts.  This is an in-person position and is not eligible for telecommuting.

While UAS offices are located at University at Albany, this is neither a New York State nor a SUNY position, as UAS is an independent nonprofit corporation and neither State, nor University benefits and pay scales apply.
