Patient Representative
This position provides administrative functions and support for the provision of comprehensive medical care for a population of 13,000 students. The candidate must have a strong customer service orientation. Duties encompass ensuring efficient functioning of front desk operations including, but not limited to: patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, customer relations, collection and management of fees for service, reconciliation reports, and uphold confidentiality.
This is a full-time, 12 month position with some weekend and evening hours required. This position also may require participation in off campus programs.
