Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator
As a critical member of the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition team, the HR Onboarding Coordinator provides high quality customer service to all constituents while performing a variety of complex administrative duties. The primary duties include processing new hire assignments for students, assisting departments with hiring processes, and coordinating and overseeing the I-9 E-Verification Process. Coordinates, facilitates, reviews and updates content of the New Employee Orientation program. Coordinates the New Hire Buddy program; matches new hires to Buddies; and conducts follow up communication to ensure successful participation.
