Associate Director, Business Operations
The Campus Recreation Associate Director for Business Operations is responsible for providing leadership and oversight in the areas of business operations, budgets, personnel management and payroll. This position is also responsible for the oversight of marketing, social media, communication and technology advancement for the department. The Associate Director supervises and directs the Assistant Director Business Operations, Assistant Director Marketing, System Specialist and the Project Assistant. The Associate Director will establish protocols and policies to ensure sound business practices are adhered within all areas of the department. This position will also serve as the departmental liaison with Vice President of Student Affairs office, Human Resources, and key Department Senior Leadership Team.
