Director of Sales & Marketing

Trinity Woods is a single-site continuing care retirement community in mid-town Tulsa. We are currently searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing to guide the sales and marketing strategy for the community. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and supervises the Life Plan Specialist. In our team-oriented environment the Director of Sales and Marketing works closely with the other members of the leadership team to ensure the organization occupancy goals are met for independent living residences. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and a minimum of success seven (7) years in senior living sales and marketing experience.

Trinity Woods (formerly Oklahoma Methodist Manor) started 65 years ago as a senior housing provider. Today, the 40-acre campus offers a full continuum of care to nearly 400 members through residential homes and apartments, traditional assisted living, memory care assisted living, rehabilitative therapy, and long-term care nursing options.

Over the past several years, the Board and staff have worked to create a culture that redefines aging. We engaged in strategic research and sought feedback from Tulsa community leaders, our community members, and employees. The outcome of this process was the unanimous decision to change our name to Trinity Woods. The new, more contemporary name of Trinity Woods celebrates the community's evolution from nursing home to a Life Plan Community.

The rebranding corresponds with the completion of a major campus redevelopment project this spring. This $30.4 million investment replaced and created a new assisted living building, added 24 memory care assisted living apartments, and includes a new 14,000-square-foot Community Life Center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in senior living sales and marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional oral, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Skills must include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and skills in database management and recordkeeping.
