About the Job: Ideal applicants should have 3+ years of financial accounting or tax preparation (including individual, corporate, and partnership tax prep) experience. Applicant should have strong entrepreneurial and business management skills with experience in general business start-up consulting, tax, and financial planning.
Requirements: BA or BS in Accounting required. CPA License or CPA Candidate required 3-10 years financial accounting or tax preparation experience. Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatile, flexible and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Commitment to excellence and high standards, both personally and professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Preferred Skills (Training available in these areas): Ability to correct books and ready them for tax preparation. Experience with Lacerte Tax Software, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online. Ability and/or prior experience managing staff, workflow, and client relationships. Experience with payroll and payroll tax requirements. Strong understanding of financial accounting. This is a long term, career-track opportunity with partner potential. Pay Range: $65,000 - $100,000+. Salary is dependent on experience.
