Administrative Assistant
ThayerMahan has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. Thayermahan is a rapidly growing maritime technology company. We are looking for a highly organized individual to work at the Groton CT headquarters. This person will act as the receptionist and will provide clerical support to the management team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience maintaining records, updating databases, managing schedules, and editing reports and presentations. Skills in graphic design or marketing is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
