Customer Service Manager
Taconic, a global leader in the manufacturing of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, belts and tapes has the following opportunity available in our corporate office in Petersburgh, NY:
CSR Manager
Duties Include: Direct and coordinate activities within Taconic’s customer service departments in NY and CA. Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time. Develop strategies to improve sales and effectively handle customer complaints, Manage key national corporate accounts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience, with at least three years of field sales and customer service experience desired. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional working relationships with customers and internal staff. Substantial knowledge of MS Office programs with ability to develop and conduct sales presentations required. Must have previous supervisory experience.
