We are a collection of highly creative, passionate and dedicated individuals aimed at creating meaningful work and sustainable profits while building and maintaining a great culture. We look at projects as an opportunity to connect people and communities to each other and the built environment. We see profit as a means to an end where everyone is compensated well and has a sense of safety and security. We invest in our culture because we value each other above all else and understand that we are not a tool unto ourselves, but part of an ecosystem which relies on the health and wellbeing of all its members to thrive. We serve diverse communities through public architecture, and we strive for equity, diversity, and inclusivity in all aspects of our business and work - from hiring to project outcomes.
