Operations Manager
Colorado based industrial cleaning company seeks an Operations Manager to oversee two office locations; Colorado Spring and Denver. Services covering commercial post construction cleaning, commercial kitchens, clean rooms, data centers and industrial facilities.
General Duties and Responsibilities: The Operations Manager is the direct managing supervisor of the field managers, and jobsite Supervisors, as well as the individual crew members. By successfully completing the following; Overall Project Management / Equipment Needs Scheduling Needs / Crew Incentives. Safety documentation/ Project Recordkeeping. Quality Controls /Inspections. Budget Controls / Cost Allocations. Customer/Employee Relations; as associated with budget and scheduling. Project Estimate / Contract Review Position
Expectations & Incentives: Full-time salaried position with Pay Range of $60,000 - $65,000 Auto Allowance or Company Vehicle provided. Hours of work/days required will be 1st shift Monday through Friday 40+ hours per week and weekends as needed.
Requirements: Operations or Project Management experience of 2 year Minimum H.S Diploma required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills and employee relation skills. Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Word Experience in Quickbooks Desktop preferred. Clean Background and Valid Driver's License required. Bi-lingual in speaking Spanish a plus Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management preferred.
