Community Association Manager
Our full-time Community Manager will be responsible for providing managerial and administrative support to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the Spaeth Property Services (SPS) office. While the job comes with a wide variety of tasks, this person will be a primary contact with the end-user, providing answers and helpful information to homeowners and boards via multiple communication platforms.

Spaeth Property Services, Inc. (SPS) and offers our services for managing and maintaining community associations, as well as handling all financial, billing, and back-office needs.
- We currently manage over 1,000 association units in Hampshire and Hampden Counties.
- We have grown every year since 1996
- SPS has recently engaged a professional community manager with CAI's highest designation (PCAM professionally certified association manager).
- SPS has licensed and ensured maintenance contractors at your disposal
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer all phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Protect the confidential nature of the work
- Provide efficient and courteous service to visitors, residents, renters, guests, and staff
- Communicate with vendors on an as-needed basis
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- \Work schedule is from 8AM to 4:00 PM, daily, with cyclical night-time meetings with boards (4 - 6 a month)
- Obtain relevant CAI certifications (CMCA, AMS minimum required)
- Communicate as needed with the Board of Trustees
- Schedule meetings with Trustees and SPS staff
- Provide the cyclical Board Packet information to the Trustees
- Initiate support for the communities via AppFolio thru the generation of work orders
- Become a skilled user of AppFolio for the support of assigned accounts
- Perform routine inspections, generate relevant work orders for ongoing maintenance
- Utilize system for violations and warnings for transgressions against community governing documents
- Assist homeowners and boards with modifications via the ARB module in AppFolio
Job Requirements
Qualifications and skills for this position include but are not limited to:
- 2-3 years of reception, administrative or related experience

Education/Experience
While we prefer the candidate possess a bachelor's degree, it is not necessary. We do, however, require 2-3 years of successful experience in the community management or related field and professional certifications.
