Looking to join a fun, fast-paced group of young, progressive, well respected radiologists in a physician-owned subspecialty practice? South Hub Radiology (SHR) is seeking a breast imager to join our team of four experienced mammographers. Our group provides breast imaging services at four separate locations including a stand-alone breast center, two outpatient imaging centers, and one hospital site. Our sites have state of the art imaging equipment including 3D Hologic screening, GE ABUS, and 4 MRI scanners dedicated to breast imaging. We participate in a full range of breast procedures including stereotactic, ultrasound and MRI-guided biopsies as well as needle and SAVI scout placement for intraoperative localization. We have an excellent working relationship with our referring providers, breast surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists and meet with them weekly at multidisciplinary tumor board. We are a young group of highly motivated radiologists looking for someone with a shared vision to help advance and expand our group.

Position Requirements/Details:

* Board certified/board eligible, either fellowship trained or experienced in breast imaging

* Proficiency in breast imaging (mammography, ultrasound, ABUS, digital tomosynthesis, MRI) and interventional breast procedures (biopsy, wire and radioactive seed localization)

* Strong interpersonal skills with desire to collaborate with breast surgeons and oncologists

* Flexible options:

o Partnership track: 80% breast imaging and 20% general radiology. Weekend call is shared equally amongst all radiologists. No overnight coverage or

o Employed position: 100% breast, with no call or weekends available for the right candidate

SHR is a member of Integrated Imaging Consultants (IIC), a consortium of physician-led Chicagoland radiology practices with a stable relationship and contract with Advocate Aurora Health. SHR is the exclusive provider of radiology services for Advocate Christ Medical Center, Advocate South Suburban Hospital and several outpatient facilities. Advocate Christ Medical Center is an 800-bed, level 1 trauma center and one of the major referral centers for a number of specialties, including oncology, cardiovascular, and women's health.
