Administrative and Financial Specialist
The Skokomish Indian Tribe is seeking to hire Administrative and Financial Specialist. The Administrative and Financial Specialist is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and financial support for the department and Public Health and Wellness Program. Provides executive level administrative support for the Health Director including personnel, procurement, payroll processing, staff on- and off-boarding and similar. Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, formulating documents/forms, meeting set-up and coordination, notetaking, monitoring and maintaining administrative supply inventories, processing payroll and similar. Providing administrative and financial support for the Public Health and Wellness Program. Providing executive-level administrative support for the Health Director. Providing assistance with personnel such as on- and off-boarding staff, orienting new employees, annual evaluations and similar.
