Technical Product Manager/Product Owner for Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. (Ann Arbor, MI). Analyze, define, & design the development of the new generation FDA Class 2 medical device (Siemens Cardiology PACS) based on the Siemens’ native syngo platform. Requires Master (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field + 2 years of experience in job offered or in an acc alternative occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's in the above listed fields + 5 years of experience in job offered or in an account alternative occupation. Full term of experience must include the following skills: strong healthcare industry environment knowledge & demonstrated experience; Scrum/Agile experience; experience in product requirement analysis & documentation; experience leading new product development efforts through the entire development life cycle; experience with product backlog management using MS Team Foundation Server; hands-on experience development medical solutions that adhere to IHE profiles, DICOM & HL7 protocols; SW development experience using SQL Database management; SW development experience using .NET, VC++, Perl, Power Shell; experience in administration & management of Microfcs Calibr for SW requires; experience in product implementation & solution management; experience with Configuration Management, SW packaging & deployments; experience with Product Risk Analysis per FDA class regulations; in-depth knowledge in development of high-availability & virtualization solutions for PACS medical imaging applications; ability to translate complex healthcare, clinical, & technical workflow concepts to lay prsns; experience with infrustructure & network design including databases management, remote & hosted deployment & support, IT security & communication standards (DICOM, HL7, ASPI, etc.) & how these apply with Enterprise Imaging Systems & vnded products across department, hospital, & enterprise.
