Job Summary
The Human Resources Recruiter II (HR Recruiter II) conducts full life cycle recruiting, implementing all phases of the recruitment process from meeting with hiring managers, creating requisitions in Workday to extending offers and moving selected candidates to ready for hire. The requisition load is 15 requisitions on average. Complete recruiting and hiring transactions in the HRIS Workday.
Primary Duties

Conduct hiring manager intakes, completing the hiring manager intake form.

Create and post requisitions, ensuring all necessary documentation is attached to the requisition.

Write, co-write, and conduct phone screenings, always including the required questions for every phone screening. Attach completed phone screenings to candidates' profiles.

Write or co-write interview questions for the hiring managers.

Ensure that selected candidates meet the minimum qualifications stated on the job posting before making a verbal offer.
Additional Responsibilities

Schedule in-person or virtual interviews, when requested by the hiring manager.

Ensure that the hiring managers complete the interview questionnaire candidate evaluations.

Adjudicate candidates' background check results.

Disposition all non-selected candidates.

Comply with company recruiting process, policy, and procedure.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Two years' strict or dedicated HR recruiter experience at a mid-to-large size company, nonprofit, or government preferred.

Experience using any major applicant tracking system (ATS), human resources system and/or its recruiting module, for example, SAP, Greenhouse, ADP, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ICIMS, or Workday highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail

If not currently proficient, ability to become proficient in the recruiting module of Workday.

Work well independently and as a contributing member of team.
