Delaware Transit Corporation, operator of Delaware’s statewide public transit service DART First State, has an immediate opening for a Customer Relations Specialist located in the Dover, DE office. The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for recording, investigating, and responding to real-time and past customer concerns and complaints via telephone, email correspondence and through all social media platforms. The incumbent draws on experience-based skills in prioritizing workload for maximum efficiency, communicating to customers, stakeholders, and the public in a readily understandable manner.
