Head of Digital Marketing
Overview
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead all digital marketing projects at Rimes, including website, CRM, email marketing, content management, data analysis and troubleshooting. You will also lead the development of digital best practices for the company, while managing agency relationships, as well as strategy and performance management and reporting. You will work closely with all members of the marketing team to produce successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Preferred locations are New York, Boston, Toronto, or Seattle, however, this position can also be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic leader and project manager at Rimes for all digital marketing projects built internally and with various third parties
- Configure and optimize the marketing automation platform to effectively deliver our business needs; represent the voice of Marketing in the upcoming company migration to a new CRM/MAT
- Guide the marketing team on digital best practices for organic and paid channels, content marketing, account-based marketing, etc.
- Use MAT and Google Analytics to produce regular performance/ROI reports and share successes and best practices across various internal and external teams
- Manage CRM/MAT strategy across various audiences and build testing frameworks for continuous optimization of campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and innovation in marketing automation and analytics to ensure we are continuing to evolve and optimize our approach and capability
- Work on and/or lead special projects and brand initiatives, as necessary

Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience with digital marketing and CRM
- Advanced technical understanding of WordPress, WebFlow, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and other similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledgeable with Google Analytics and other performance analysis tools, creating and analyzing reports
- Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think laterally and creatively and problem-solve while juggling multiple tasks
- Experience in B2B Financial Services an asset
