Food Service Director
Raquette Lake Camps, a prestigious boys and girls summer camp in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York looking for an experienced Food Service Director for June through August. Looking for someone who can function in a fast paced organization and can easily adapt to changes. Institutional/ Commercial experience required and ability to manage food service for two full kitchens each serving 300 people/ three meals per day. Knowledge of purchasing, menu planning, inventory control, managing deliveries and food production a must. Computer skills and understanding of online food ordering needed. Current ServSafe certification preferred. Candidates must have the ability to multi task. Top salary, transportation reimbursement, room and board provided.
