Customer Service Representative
Hiawatha Location As a growing internet service provider, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to greet customers, help them find the best internet plan, and upsell new services by phone and in-person. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Rainbow’s customer service standards and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick & accurate assistance to customers. This position will be based in Hiawatha, KS and provides extremely competitive benefits.
