Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we are a group of 11 pediatricians, 1 pediatric nurse practitioner, 4 psychologists, 1 LCSW, and 2 lactation specialists with three clinics in the Portland Metro area. Established in1957, PANW was the first nationally recognized Pediatric Medical Home in Oregon and is currently recognized as a Tier 5 PCPCH (Patient Centered Primary Care Home) through the state of Oregon.

Brief Position Summary:
- You will partner with the highly collaborative medical and behavioral health providers to provide evidence-based interventions to patients within a hybrid model of both consultative and specialty care. You will also collaborate with nurses and our Family Support Specialist, who provides care management support.
- Our behavioral health professionals provide brief assessments and interventions in a consultative, primary care model that offers open-access to patients being seen in PANW's healthcare clinics. We also provide brief treatment (generally 2 to 6 visits), addressing a wide variety of clinical issues, such as anxiety, stress, depression, behavioral/parenting concerns, ADHD, and sleep and toileting issues. There are also opportunities to lead anxiety treatment groups and to provide some longer term therapy for a portion of the patient caseload. Services are provided both in-clinic and virtually.
- Psychologists will also have the opportunity to provide psychological testing for ADHD, LD, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or ASD.
- We also provide outreach phone calls and emails to patients/families when support is needed.
- In addition, Behavioral Health professionals team with medical providers to participate in integrated well child visits, providing preventative and early intervention services regarding behavioral health and resilience, development, family relationships, and parenting.
- You'll be invited to work collaboratively with behavioral health and medical providers to develop innovative and effective programs aimed at prevention, early intervention, and treatment.
Hours and Salary:
- 1.0 FTE (preferred)

- Assistance with relocation expenses is available
- $3000 hiring bonus (50% after 1 month employment, 50% after 6 months)
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree and licensed or license-eligible in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD).
- Experience working with inter-professional healthcare teams or in a primary care setting preferred.
- Expertise in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents.
- Interest and experience in a broad range of areas, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep problems, ADHD, behavior problems, developmental and learning challenges, and medical problems.
- Knowledge of the developmental process from birth to age 21.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative manner with other professionals and support staff.
- An innovative, flexible, and collaborative approach to healthcare.
