We are looking for a passionate, resourceful BCBA to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. At Peachtree Autism Services, we provide:
- High-quality behavior analytic services to learners who are underserved in our community across clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Appropriate caseloads based on expertise/strengths, preferences, client needs, and logistics (e.g., drive time, time for non-billable activities)
- Excellent training in progressive behavioral technologies (assessments, curricula, and programming), continuing education unit professional development events, and stipends to support professional development through attending conferences and workshops
- Opportunity to focus clinical work in a specific program model (classroom setting, early intervention/clinic, severe behavior, or intensive services); for this particular position, this BCBA's caseload includes providing consultation to an inclusive preschool in Decatur and a few home cases in the Decatur area
- Integration of Organizational Behavior Management procedures to support healthy culture, workplace, and investment in staff

As a BCBA, you will:
- Receive ongoing support and mentorship from BCBA Directors with an average of over 12 years of clinical experience
- Conduct skills assessments and functional analyses
- Develop treatment plans and behavior plans that are based on assessment, individualized to each learner, and promote generalization and maintenance
- Write authorization, progress, transition, and discharge reports
- Train staff, teachers, and parents using evidence-based training practices
- Supervise RBTs and trainees who are seeking BCBA certification
