Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist works closely with the marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing programs including all marketing communications, branding, lead generation, and general marketing programs for OutSolve. The Marketing Specialist works on social media content optimizes landing pages, supports offline and digital events, assists with sales collateral, customer retention, and creates small-scale display ads. The right fit will add value to OutSolve by supporting the execution of campaigns designed to support company growth.
General Accountabilities
- Support all marketing initiatives
- Post optimized blog articles
- Seek social media opportunities and post optimized social media content
- Oversee annual content and webinar calendar
- Edit landing and web pages as needed
- Assist with email campaigns, content, and distribution
- Monitor content workflows, sequencing and drip campaigns
- Coordinate with other content providers for shared blog distribution
- Assist with customer surveys and organize testimonials
- Research and vet award opportunities
- Research and vet advertising opportunities
- Oversee speaking calendar and assist with speaking proposals
- Assist with tradeshow logistics and event coordination
- Create small-scale video and display ads
- Execute pre- and post-webinar tasks
- Support customer retention marketing efforts and renewals where needed
- Oversee all business listings and ensure opportunities are completed
- Assists with sales presentation layouts and proofreading
- Pull performance reports and identify any red flag areas
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
- Experience in the B2B marketing space preferred
- One year experience working on branding and communications projects
- Proficient creative and persuasive writing skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems, HubSpot preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe or Canva
- Familiarity with CRMs
- Ability to work effectively across departments and functions
- Ability to independently execute and manage tasks
- Ability to measure program effectiveness from start to finish
Minimum Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
