Responsibilities:
1. Processes initial application for Dependent Allied Health & Advanced Practitioners. Advises providers of application requirements. Verifies required documentation. Monitors status of application and advises applicants and other appropriate personnel of application status.2. Follows North Oaks Health System’s Compliance Program and Federal and State Regulatory guidelines.3. Maintains evidence of current medical/allied health staff licensure, DEA certification, state narcotics certification, and malpractice insurance.4. Maintains and secures Dependent Allied Health and Advanced Practitioner database.5. Coordinates financial transactions for Advanced Practice/Allied Health Staff, including the collection and posting of application fees.6. Completes medical/allied health staff affiliation verification requests on an ongoing basis.7. Maintains monthly budget summary of medical staff committee member accounts.8. Maintains Physician Leadership CME accounts.9. Assists with Medical Staff reappointment, as required.10. Provides backup phone coverage for Physician Services Department, as required.11. Performs all other duties as required.
