BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST - MARKETING
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30 p.m. Occasional weekends or evenings required for special events.

Summary:
Serve as marketing lead for assigned North Oaks Health System service lines; operate as the liaison among stakeholders, marketing team and external partners. Manage all aspects of multimedia campaigns that enhance North Oaks’ brand and achieve business development goals.

A. Experience, Knowledge and Skill:
1Previous Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in marketing required.
2Specialized or Technical Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or 8 years experience in marketing and communications.
3.Manual or Physical Skills Required:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively interface with individuals in every level of an organization. Must possess outstanding time management skills and be able to focus attention on a variety of projects without sacrificing quality. Must have knowledge of computers and keyboarding ability. Must have current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities:
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1.Maintain effective relationships and communication with stakeholders to understand needs and evaluate marketing performance/opportunities.
2.Work cross-functionally within the marketing department to support health system initiatives, improve processes and consumer experience.
3.Develop, implement, analyze and optimize strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve goals.
4.Manage projects through development process to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
5.Collaborate with marketing team and external partners as necessary to develop campaign tactics.
6.Create effective content (i.e. articles, videos, presentations, brochures, website content, ad copy, etc.) to engage target audiences.
7.Consistently report campaign performance to showcase ROI.
8.Utilize marketing platforms (i.e. CRM, Reputation, analytics) to influence the patient journey through research, analysis and brand management.
9.Plan and execute events for assigned services; provide support for special projects.
10.Monitor changes in health care competitive landscape and share updates with appropriate stakeholders.
11.Remain current on marketing and health care industry advancements through engaging in continuing education and professional development opportunities that enhance personal growth and job performance.
12.Attend required meetings and participate on committees, both internal and external, as requested.
13.Support NOHS community relations activities through participation in HOT team activities whenever possible.
14.Adhere to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
15.Maintain professional affiliations as appropriate and enhance professional growth and development through educational opportunities.
16.Perform all other duties as required or directed.
