- Coordinates a team in planning, tracking, and reporting status'/progress of a project
- Coordinates information for project managers
- Assists project teams with analyzing, communicating data and escalating solutions/expectations (as needed)
- Advises and decides solutions with appropriate department/staff
- Develops appropriate strategies, plans, tools, and approaches to ensure successful implementation of projects
- Responsible for the effective and efficient organization of team members, tasks, resources, etc. of a project
- Interprets, communicates, and maintains project resources/timelines in an accurate and efficient manner
- Serves as a liaison between team members and NMHS Leadership to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs, expectations, and prioritizations of projects
- Serves as a liaison between Management Information Systems (MIS) staff and vendors to ensure successful implementation of projects
- Manages budget/resources for projects
- Ability to quickly learn and understand CSC (Computer Sciences Communication) business environment
- Conducts project manager training (tools & techniques)
- Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures/Guidelines
- Complies with appropriate Local/State/Federal policies/procedures/guideline/regulations/laws/statues
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience; required
- Certification of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management (CAPM); preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills; required
- Detailed oriented; required
- Working knowledge of MS Projects; required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; required
- Knowledgeable of IT terminology; required
- Excellent interpersonal skills; required
