Information Management:
- Retrieve/interpret education data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and timely follow-up to leadership
- Develop and maintain required database/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and "clean" data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
- Receive payments and maintain audit-ready accounting as directed
- Prepare timely and accurate analysis and reporting as required for departmental use or regulatory surveys
- Develop and maintain required databases/data systems; Train back-up support personnel for said systems.
- Prepare statistical reports on operational performance on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and identify trends
- Tailor report content and format to the target customer
- Back-up for position for Education Assistant and/or Education Office Manager as directed
- Back up position to receive all visitors and incoming calls, triaging them to the appropriate staff
- Provide data support to Education Department leadership for process improvement projects
- Provides support to co-workers and other departments as required/requested
- Exhibit basic presentation/platform skills and effective adult learning techniques for assigned teaching content
- Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures/Guidelines/Practices
- Complies with applicable Local/State/National procedures & guidelines regarding regulatory reporting requirements.
- Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field; required
- Minimum of 2 years' clerical support experience; preferred
- Excellent mathematical, analytical and critical thinking skills; required
- Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills; required
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office based programs including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; required
- Excellent interpersonal skills; required
