Assistant/Associate Professor and Program Director in Human Nutrition and Dietetic #2100174F
The faculty member will be the Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics that is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) and will manage accreditation data collection and reporting as well as provide mentorship to students in both Dietetics and Nutrition Education tracks. The faculty member will also assist in achieving the department's mission of teaching, research, and service. The faculty member must provide instruction within the HNDS program including courses such as Nutrition Throughout the Life Cycle, Nutrition Communication and Education, and Nutrition Counseling. Experience directing an ACEND-accredited program (DPD or other) is preferred.

Requirements:
An earned doctorate from an accredited institution of higher education in Nutritional Science or related field is required. Candidate must possess current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have a minimum of 3-years professional work experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
