Pastry Chef De Partie

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervises and assists in production of all food items
• Supervises all prep par lists
• Supervises portion sizes
• Assist Sous Chef in all aspects of ordering
• Create menu specials and report to Sous Chef
• Supervise and assist in sanitation of kitchen and all walk in areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, etc
• Must be able to speak English
• Must possess a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program desirable
• Minimum of two (2) years in pastry field
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
