Title: Physical Therapist
Location: 101 South La Canada Drive Ste 35, Green Valley, AZ 85614
Schedule: Weekdays, Full-Time
Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice
Required License: Active Physical Therapist License
Requirements: Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
Compensation: $70k-$85k plus benefits, revenue sharing, profit sharing, employee stock ownership, student loan repayment program.
