Human Resources Generalist

As innovators and visionaries, we are creating a new role within our People & Culture department that will primarily focus on;
- Creating recruitment initiatives that include passive and active sourcing
- Implementing recruiting initiatives both independently and collaboratively
- Provide exceptional response times to applicant inquiries, which typically are measured within minutes and hours, rather than days
- Schedule and lead the interview process and coordinate as necessary with department leaders
- Facilitate onboarding activities, references, and documentation
- Participate in facility orientation sessions to set the stage for new team members
- Facilitate post-hire employee experience surveys
- Participate in employee engagement events and planning (this may include some weekend obligations a couple of times throughout the year)
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Maintain HR analytics pertaining to sourcing, talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and employee experiences

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred. Certification is helpful.
