Credit and Customer Administrative Assistant
We are a 100+ year multi-divisional wholesale electrical supply company seeking a full-time Credit & Customer Administrative Assistant for our Warren Headquarters. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Credit and Accounting Departments by promptly and accurately completing assigned tasks.
Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:
· Support daily operations of the credit and accounting staff
· Setup and Maintain customer account information in ERP system and files
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment related issues
· Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail
· Backup to switchboard/operator
· Performs other general office administration, as needed
Qualifications:
· High attention to detail, ensures accuracy in completion of work
· Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel/Outlook)
· Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Self-driven and motivated to help others
· Comfortable working in a team environment
· Knowledge of Michigan Lien Law process a plus
· Experience working in the following industries are a plus: Wholesale Distribution, Construction, Electrical and related)
