Registered Nurse (RN)/ Director of Nursing (DON)
Linn Manor is seeking a RN/DON who is dependable and compassionate to join our team.
Linn Manor is a small 38 bed facility that focuses on working as a team to promote the highest quality of care and outcomes for our residents. Linn Manor promotes support with the help of the certified medication aid to pass medications which allows nurses to focus on coordination of care including orders, treatments and focused assessments.
Main Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations as directed by the Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Iowa or higher.
- Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Current, valid CPR certification.
