Job Description
The Clinical Relations & Outreach Quality Coordinator will develop the metrics for measuring the quality of the clinical year program and will manage the collection of metrics and help lead the Clinical Relations Team to make programmatic, structural, and operational improvements to assist the team in realizing the vision of becoming the most admired Clinical Year Program. This person will manage the Clinical Affiliate Advisory Board as a tool to understand needed enhancements and as a sounding board for proposed changes. The person will also develop and deploy a robust multi-tier training program for the various types of Clinical Affiliates including the development of a performance calibration process and a Value Add portfolio. Additionally, this individual will be charged with developing training for Clinical Hub Liaisons and Clinical Course Mentors. This person will work closely with the CRO Outcomes Coordinator to collect and analyze outcomes and quality data and with the Clinical Affiliation Coordinator to catalogue and communicate the various Clinical Affiliate types.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in in life sciences, business, or education
Preferred Qualifications
o Experience working in a veterinary hospital as a technician or a hospital/practice manager o Advanced degree in education highly preferred o Experience with learning management systems o Experience in a corporate training environment

Develop and utilize a Learning Platform Solution to house and distribute learning assets and measure utilization

Execute a Value-Add program that leverages the Learning Platform to foster loyalty to our program vs other programs
Job Duty
Create and implement a educational programs for Clinical Hub Liaisons and Clinical Course Mentors to enhance their effectiveness in augmenting and delivering clinical education to students.

Deliver all the non-hub New Affiliate training programs to our new Clinical Affiliates
Job Duty
Work with COWBEL on shared learning programs, platforms, and delivery methodologies

Elucidate opportunities to research the relationship between training, affiliate performance, and student satisfaction.

Ideate a program to purge ineffective Clinical Affiliates based on Quality Measures

Reconstitute and lead the Clinical Affiliate Advisory Board to harness diversity of thought to improve programmatic quality and to beta test thoughts on change and improvements
