Job Description | The Administrative Assistant shall support the Physical Therapy Program Director, Director of Clinical Education, and DPT faculty with administrative functions and coordination of programmatic elements such as operations and budget management, purchasing, accreditation documentation, and day to day program tasks as needed. The candidate must have excellent judgement, organization, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Additionally, the applicant must have knowledge of technology and the ability and willingness to adapt to new platforms/software. |
Required Qualifications | *minimum bachelor’s degree; |
Preferred Qualifications | *one-two years office experience (experience in higher education setting preferred); *accounting/financial experience preferred; *Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); *familiar with teleconferencing platforms |
