Client Service Specialist
Limolink, one of the world's largest suppliers of ground transportation services, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join its team in Marion, IA.
In this role, you will assist with every aspect of client reservation’s including the initial booking, changes/modifications, as well as answering pertinent client questions regarding their transportation.

Job Duties:
• Efficiently adapt to answering inbound phone calls, internal questions, email queue’s and other requests simultaneously
• Handle escalations and client contact during client impacting deviations
• Process email & integration requests from clients
• Build long-lasting relationships with client and co-workers
• Provide outstanding customer service
Candidates must possess:
• Basic computer experience and typing skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proven track record of providing world-class service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
• Attention to detail
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create solid, long-lasting relationships with clients and co-workers
