Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Team Lead R&D, you execute project activities related to protein formulation development in the lab.
- You plan experiments and issue test plans, assess laboratory data, evaluate and compute test results by MS Excel, and issue test reports.
- You establish new technologies in the lab.
- You organize and perform activities of general lab management.
- You are responsible for instruments and test equipment.
- You perform data integrity checks.
- You document your lab activities according to Leukocare's quality mangament system.

Requirement/Qualifications:
- MS in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy or BS with at least 2-3 years practical experience in protein formulation and analytics technology in pharma/biotech industry.
- Theoretical know-how and practical experience in working with proteins, e.g., handling, analysis, ideally also formulation.
- Experience in size-exclusion HPLC and ion-exchange HPLC.
- Experienced in data evaluation and visualization using MS Excel and ideally experienced in using Prism.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to independently plan experiments and evaluate measurement results
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform productively and efficiently within a dynamic work environment.
